Quantum Computing Scientist Ford Motor Company

Dr. Marwa Farag Joined Ford Motor company in June 2021 as a quantum research engineer. At Ford, she is leading research projects in quantum chemistry for materials science. Dr. Farag holds a PhD degree in theoretical chemistry and computational modeling. Before joining Ford, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Max-Planck institute in Hamburg, University of Southern California, and University of Rochester. Her postdoctoral research focused on developing theoretical tools to investigate the non-adiabatic dynamics of complex systems both in field-free space and in cavity quantum electrodynamics.
