Mark leads the DevOps enablement and quantum innovation programs at CIBC, which is a leading North American financial institution with 10 million personal banking, business, public sector and institutional clients. Mark recently helped complete a Proof of Concept for the Ontario Centre of Excellence Cybersecurity Fintech Innovation Pilot Program.  The use case was based on the monitoring and prevention of money laundering, and leveraged a fully homomorphic encryption scheme which is quantum safe.
