Nicolas Proust

VP Strategy & Corporate Development Pasqal

Nicolas is a former physicist and engineer by training. Before joining Pasqal, he was working in the Cabinet of the President of Republic of France, in the Economic Pole on topics linked to sovereignty and technology. Nicolas joined Pasqal in October 2021 as Chief of Staff to the CEO before becoming Head of Strategy and Corporate Development in September 2023 then, VP Strategy and Corporate Development in 2024. Nicolas focuses his activities on fundraising (coordinated the largest fundraising in series B for quantum in Europe), M&A (two deals), supporting the definition on the Company’s international expansion strategy (Asia, Middle East, Canada), public affairs, and supporting the CEO on his activities.
