Dr. Kim Moloney is an Associate Professor in the College of Public Policy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Qatar. Her research focuses on transnational governance, international organizations, and administrative history. Her quantum-focused research includes an under-review academic article on the "Public Policy Implications of Quantum Computing" and a separate research project focused on creating a Quantum Divide Index for Asia.
