A 3X entrepreneur, Joe founded SC Quantum (SCQ) to foster collaboration among academia, industry, and government in South Carolina and across the Southeast. In 2023, he secured $15 million in state funding and built a team who has swiftly positioned SCQ as a vanguard for developing a people-first quantum economy. As a founding member of Qllianse, SCQ has built strong collaboration among academic institutions and tech companies to create momentum for a quantum hub in the Southeastern US.
