All buy side and sell side passes are carefully vetted. If you register for a buy side or sell side pass and do not qualify as per our criteria (see below), your pass *will* be cancelled and you may not be informed.

‘Buy side’ firms are any end user client who have AUM on their books – we classify the following types of firms as buy side:

• Pension funds
• Sovereign wealth funds
• Family offices
• Asset managers
• Private banks/ wealth managers
• Insurance companies
• Corporates
• Hedge funds
• Fund of funds
• Digital asset investment managers

Sell side' firms we classify as:

• Banks
• Market Makers
• ETF Providers
• Prop Traders
• Outsourced Trading Desks

Please Note Vendor or Solution Provider: If you provide technology services or consulting solutions from within an agency, you are not eligible for a delegate ticket.

Cheques are not an acceptable payment method within 10 weeks prior to the event.

Alpha Events reserves the right to determine who qualifies for the rate of Buy Side (Hedge Funds, Pension Funds, Wealth Managers and Asset Managers) and Sell Side (Investment Banks and Retail Banks).
