• All prices subject to 20% UK VAT
• *If payment of a booking is not received at the point of registration the booking will be subject to a processing fee of £49 plus VAT
• Cheques are not an acceptable payment method within 10 weeks prior to the event
• Who qualifies for a Merchant pass?  A retailer or ecommerce organisation who are delivering direct to consumer sales on a regional and global scale
• Who qualifies for a Financial Institutions pass? This is a bank, insurer or asset manager engaged in the business of dealing with financial and monetary transactions such as deposits, loans and investments. 
  
• Start Up Sponsorship – Stand package: To qualify your business must be 5 years old or younger (from incorporation date) and have a head count of less than 15 people.
• FinTech Connect will approve all registrations for the StartUp Exhibition Stand package and has the right to cancel those who do not qualify, per the conditions stated above.
• Do you hold an E-Money Licence? FinTech Connect does not recognise E-Money Licences as validation for a complimentary Financial Institution & Merchants pass. You should register for a Vendors, PSPs and Solution Providers pass
• Members of the Press/Journalists can register for a media pass to access the full conference content, as well as the Media Lounge, by contacting us Here
• Group booking discounts will be added at the time of purchase. Alternatively, contact the team at info@fintechconnect.com to pay directly in bulk.
• Any discounts offered (including team discounts) must also be via one payment at the time of registration.
• FinTech Connect reserves the right to determine who qualifies for the Financial Institutions and Merchant rate
