Volodymyr is a serial entrepreneur, Co-Founder of 8allocate, a custom software development and technology consultancy with R&D Centers in Poland and Ukraine, as well as PixReady, GoIT in LatAm, and UrbanSpace500. Before founding 8allocate business, he gained firsthand experience in sales and business development within the education industry.

Volodymyr has an engineering background, holds a Blockchain in Finance certificate from NUS Business School, and is a candidate for an Executive MBA at IE Business School.

He is a team-centric leader whose goal is to turn every business into a great workplace and help the team members develop personally and professionally, enter and make a successful career in IT, and contribute to the development and prosperity of local communities.

Volodymyr has been an active volunteer since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
