Sonal Rattan is the Co-Founder and CTO of eXate, a tech scale-up whose software specialises in automating data protection with fine-grain access controls to data. Sonal has nearly 20 years of development experience across a wide range of industries, including investment banking and the charity sector. Prior to starting eXate in 2019, Sonal held senior positions at HSBC for over 5 years – Head of RegTech EMEA and later the Head of Digital Tools.
