Robert Fleming

Rob Fleming is the MD for Data, Analytics & CRM for HSBC UK. He’s based at the Birmingham Headquarters and is responsible for a team of data scientists and CRM professionals that span a spectrum of domains. Rob has been with HSBC Group for 20 years and worked in multiple areas of the business and locations. In his current role, Rob is leading the drive to: develop cloud based data science capabilities, deliver relevant contact strategies for customers multi-channel, and transform the organisation via automation.
