B4B Payments is a leading global provider of Banking as a Service products consisting of card issuing and payment solutions for businesses. Paul Swinton founded B4B payments in 2006, and having bootstrapped the business, it was successfully acquired by the Banking Circle Group / EQT in 2021.

Paul is now directing the delivery of an ambitious growth strategy, pursuing significant scale-up and expansion across all aspects of the business model, leading to triple-digit growth in 2022 and 2023, all driven by his deep knowledge of prepaid card and payments technology and its market applications, enabling B4B Payments to adapt to emerging needs from SMEs to large corporates, NGOs and Fintechs.

B4B's headquarters remain in London, and the business has now grown to four offices located globally in Newcastle, Vilnius and Boston.

B4B payments have achieved multiple industry awards, including Best Prepaid Product of the Year in the Card & Payments Awards 2019, Best Corporate Payments Initiative, recognised for its cards used for urgent expenses during the pandemic - PayTech Award, 2022, Best Gift Card B2B product/service in the GCVA Hall of Fame Awards for 2023.

Prior to founding the company with his business partner in 2006, Paul enjoyed a successful 15-year career in management consulting, where he worked around the globe and across sectors, including retail consumer products, with a strong focus on technology.
