Nadia is the Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer of Harrington Starr Group, a leading recruitment firm specialising in financial services (FS) and FinTech. With two decades of experience in financial services technology recruitment, she has been instrumental in helping businesses scale, professionals advance their careers, and promoting inclusion across the industry.
In her role as Chief Customer Officer, Nadia hosts the FinTech’s DEI Discussions podcast, amplifying stories of equitable progress within the sector. She is also the author of FinTech Women Walk the Talk, a book spotlighting insights from over 100 podcast interviewees.
Nadia’s commitment to gender equality shines through initiatives like the award-winning “Talent Equity List.” Recognised with numerous accolades for her contributions, she serves as an Industrial Fellow at the University of East London, sits on the Executive Board of the European Women’s Payment Network, and is a contributor to Forbes.com.
