Megan serves as Chief Product Officer at Barclays. She was awarded an Exceptional Talent Visa for her work in tech in San Francisco to move to the UK to help start Starling Bank as Chief Platform Officer, where she was subsequently awarded Forbes 30 under 30 in recognition of her work. In addition to her work at Barclays, she also serves as Co-Chair of the Digital, Tech, and Cyber board at UK Finance, and mentors up and coming female talent in finance and technology.
