Matt has over 25 years working in Financial Services and Loyalty, with Affinion, Thomas Cook, GE Capital. He was also part of the strategy team that led the transformation of Airmiles to Avios (IAG). He has been a long serving Mentor at Techstars Fintech Accelerator and a non-executive Director of an established Payments business.

Matt has had prior experience as an entrepreneur, with a successful Green Tech business. His current venture was launched in March 2020 to solve the problem facing new arrivals to the UK of gaining access to basic banking services. As passionate advocates for financial inclusion, Unizest gained full B Corp accreditation in August this year.
