Jason started out in investment banking in structured products, then left to found an entrepreneurial SME venture in food. Having been an SME owner, he came back into commercial banking in SME finance working with several of UK’s most experienced and innovative challenger banks, leading on transformation, commercial and organisational strategy development and growth initiatives. Jason looks after long and short term strategy and innovation, both planning and execution, across Aldermore’s business lending division. Focus on development, increasing profitability, analytics and insights, new strategic propositions including tech led digital banking, new products, new markets and differentiated SME customer experiences. Jason also has strategic relationship ownership of critical partnerships, both commercial and tech, to drive out mutual value creation.
