Isabel is a seasoned Payments and FinTech industry expert with over a decade of experience. She has recently joined Nationwide Building Society as their Digital Payments & Cards Director with the aim to leverage her cloud, transformation & FinTech experience to accelerate Nationwide’s ambitions.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Isabel held key positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Lloyd's Bank, Banked, Zopa, and Shieldpay.

Isabel's a recognised industry thought leader, contributing to events and publications in the FinTech and Payment spaces globally. As a passionate advocate for inclusivity in finance and technology, and actively seeks to mentor a variety of people to encourage more diversity in FinTech & Payments. She's a member of industry groups, including Women of FinTech, Women in Payments, and the 19% List and sits on advosry boards across the ecosytem.

With her extensive expertise, Isabel wants to help shape the future of payments and ignite people’s passion for the ecosystem.
