Highly experienced (4+ years) in the Open Banking and FinTech sector and worked with high profile clients, such as Revolut, Cardlytics (Nectar), Trading 212, Intuit, Volt and smaller expanding FinTech clients when working at renowned Open Banking Infrastructure providers TrueLayer and Yapily. Currently working at Lloyds Banking Group shaping their Open Banking PISP lab as a Customer Journey Manager.
In-depth product knowledge with Payment Service Providers (PSP) and Account Information Service Providers (AISP), with a transferable skillset in stakeholder management and data-driven decision making. Stakeholders include CMA9 banks, Neobanks, Berlin Group as well as internal teams (Commercial, Technical Support, Engineering) and working cross-collaboratively with other departments.
Experienced in in-house testing strategies and prioritisation based on business demand and customer impact.
