Eriona is a Digital Business Analyst at British Telecom, one of the world’s leading communications services companies. As part of Digital Consumer Team, she helps to understand the modern-day consumer, engage with them and deliver on their expectations of a multi-channel customer experience.

During her career, she has been responsible for deciding the analysis approach and delivering to the business needs across multiple technology domains, on large complex projects benefiting millions of customers.

Eriona received a BSc degree in Business Informatic and an MSc degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana, Albania.

She lives in London and loves travelling, reading, fashion and living life to the fullest. Eriona is vocal about women’s empowerment and people wellbeing.
