As a Compliance Solutions Architect at Sentinels, Deepan helps financial institutions implement a robust transaction monitoring and FinCrime framework. Prior to this, he was at Banking Circle, a Luxembourg licensed infrastructure bank, performing Financial Crime audits on FinTech PSPs and Banks across Europe and Asia. Covering a variety of verticals in a correspondent banking setting enabled Deepan to pick up on a range of operational best practises, as well as learn industry wide challenges, from a governance, KYC, TM and FinCrime training perspective along the way. He also spent time in operational roles, including the On-going Due Diligence teams at the Corporate and Investment Banking arm at BNP Paribas. Deepan has a passion for fintech innovation and the payments industry.
