Ashley Abrahams

Head of Origination Guinness Ventures

Ashley is Head of Origination, leading efforts to identify, source, and cultivate potential investment opportunities as well as playing a major role in structuring and executing transactions. Ashley has originated and led multiple investments since joining Guinness in 2018. He sits on the Investment Committee. Before joining Guinness Ventures, Ashley gained experience at CBPE Capital and CIL Management Consultants, working with companies across various UK sectors and specialising in growth strategies for SMEs. Ashley graduated from the University of Cambridge and has a joint honours MA (Cantab.) in Management Studies and History. Outside of work, Ashley represents England and Great Britain in Match Rifle and England at Target Rifle, and is a trustee of several charities.
