Group Operations Director John Lewis Partnership

Andrew Murphy is the Executive Director, Operations of The John Lewis Partnership (Waitrose Supermarkets, John Lewis Department Stores & John Lewis Financial Services) and a member of the Partnership’s Executive Committee, reporting to Chairman, Dame Sharon White. Andrew is responsible for all of the Partnership's technology, change delivery, property estate, supply chain network and customer payments. Andrew is also a Board Director of Clicklink - one of the UK’s leading eFulfilment logistics providers. Prior to taking up his current role Andrew held the posts of Chief Information Officer and Group Productivity & Change Director, before which he spent five years as Retail Director of John Lewis Department Stores. Over the last twenty years Andrew has undertaken a number of sector leadership roles, including chairing the Scottish Retail Consortium from 2016 - 2019 and directorships of The New West End Company and London First.
